This place is WONDERFUL! First, it is very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The bathroom was spotless! Everyone we saw was quite polite and helpful. My wife and I got 90-minute deep tissue massages together. This was the best massage I’ve ever had! The masseuse took her time and did an amazing job. We will definitely come back!

Last night was my first visit and I was amazed by the decor as soon as I walked in. All the staff have been so kind and have made me feel at home.I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and my masseuse did not disappoint! She did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and back walking, all was fantastic. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! Great service and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day I called. Definitely will be back！Great job!

I went a week ago for the first time and planning on returning relatively soon. I think I found my new place for massages. The staff provided the best customer service, the facility was immaculate, the service was amazing, and the cost was affordable. I couldn’t ask for anything else. I know that I’m sharing publicly because I was so pleased, but I must admit a part of me doesn’t want anyone to know about this hidden gem.

Massage Crystal Pasadena is a beautiful space located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The interior design and furnishings are new, modern and relaxing. The individual rooms are cozy and comforting, a perfect space for your relaxing indulgence. There is even a sauna at this location, a great way to relax sore muscles prior to an excellent massage. Their services are reasonably priced and their location is convenient. But what brings me back is their service, always polite and professional which tells me that I am valued as a customer. I highly recommend Massage Crystal.

I had the best massage at Massage Crystal on Ritchie Hwy. The space was beautiful and there are many rooms including couples massage rooms as well as sauna/steam room. The ambiance was immediately relaxing. The appointment was easy to book & they gave me the exact date and time I needed. If you pay in cash you get a free massage after 10! The massage itself was amazing, she listened to everything I said was my problem areas or if I did or did not like something! I feel like I have a new back and shoulders now I feel amazing!!!

My sweetheart made an appointment for me to receive an hour massage which I added hot stones and essential oils. Not only was this place affordable and clean. The massage was amazing. Peter was very professional and thorough. It was much needed after a stressful week at work. Definitely recommend checking it out.

This is my 2nd time coming back to Massage Crystal. First time we went on the second week of its initial opening. I got a 1hr full body w/hot stones massage due to me having my child last year 2021. My Most recent visit: last night 10-4-22 @6:30 and I had a new experience w/cupping for my frozen shoulder. Well it’s not frozen anymore. I’ll keep coming back since it’s easy to call & set up an appointment. It seems like they have appointments around the clock until 10pm. I found a massage therapist that understands the deep tissue work I need. Very professional & Thanks Emily! Don’t forget to Ask about their reward card program though!! It saves you money

I was in desperate need of a massage as my back was very sore and I’ve been holding a lot of tension in my shoulders. I was able to call and get an appointment the same day, at a time that I chose. This was a life saver for me. I’m a planner for everything except self care. The process was very smooth when I went in, we discussed my needs and I was shown my room and the bathroom. I feel bad that I didn’t catch the name of the lady doing my massage but she did an incredible job. I walked about feeling like a new person and ready to fully tackle the day. I will be back for sure. This place is super affordable too!!
