Positive: QualityI’m a yoga instructor and started going to Mickey for various reasons- old injuries causing me issues/ flare-ups, also have been working with him to increase my range of movement in upper back and shoulders to enhance my yoga practice. He definitely has a unique skill that isn’t widely available (Mayo facial release) and I always leave a session feeling more open and in better alignment. I can instantly feel the difference after one session. I’m a yoga instructor and started going to Mickey for various reasons- old injuries causing me issues/ flare-ups, also have been working with him to increase my range of movement in upper back and shoulders to enhance my yoga practice. Mickey is amazing. I have used him several times before, but watching him work on my child today was an incredible experience for this mom.
