Massage Carolina is a pain relief massage therapy practice located in the southern area of Winston-Salem. Specialized sessions are tailored to help clients alleviate or reduce pain, increase functional range of motion, and to improve the health and well-being of the clients we serve. Instead of focusing on where you hurt, we help educate you on why you hurt and where in your body the pain refers from. Our sessions are collaborative and communicative as we work together to improve your health. Chad Tanney is a licensed NC Massage Therapist (#11745) and graduated with honors from Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Online scheduling and instant massage therapy gift certificates are available.

I have had chronic neck pain since 1987. I have seen doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, used relaxation techniques, etc. You name it, I’ve tried it all. I have not been able to look over my left shoulder since 2009. I was searching for massage therapists on google and called around and talked to a few. I spoke with Chad at Massage Carolina and I felt like this place was the one for me. I felt like Chad knew his stuff just from talking over the phone so I booked an appointment and as usual didn’t have very high hopes.

Mr. Tanney is professional, courteous, and an excellent massage therapist. My back went from sore to happy in one massage. He considers your actual muscle function when working to your specific needs. If you have a problem, he can fix it. I highly recommend Massage Carolina!
