As a massage therapist, former yoga teacher and competitive gymnast, I’ve developed a strong intuition, based on education and experience, about the needs of a body in motion. As a former desk-jockey, I understand only too well the issues and pains that develop from over-use of technology in non-ergonomic work situations. Whether you choose soothing Swedish massage, or healing Deep Tissue massage, we will focus on creating an optimum sense of well-being for you.
