I have been seeing Mila for a post-op lymphatic drainage for the last 5 weeks. She’s very kind, knowledgeable, thorough and consistent with her work. She has been helping me a lot with my recovery. After each session my body feels lighter, my stomach is less swollen. She told me what I can do at home myself between sessions which I have been implementing and I am very happy with my results. If you are looking for a massage therapist after liposuction, this is not the place for you! I drove a hour there and a hour back for lymphatic drainage and it was the worst. She told me she would squeeze me in in between her appointments and she would give me a 30 to 40 minute massage and I appreciated that. She did more talking than massaging and it felt like my massage was 5 minutes or less. She also used a machine, which I’m sure she shouldn’t have used a machine on me. I told her I was only 3 days post opp and she shouldn’t be using a machine. She also told me over the phone that she do not push fluid out of the incisions because you’re not suppose too and I told her over the phone before I got to her, I agree, therapist should not push fluid out of the incisions. I know, lymphatic drainage is a massage and you suppose to urinate the drainage out. Save your time and money before going to her. She also cannot take constructive criticism and will argue with you! She can have the floor on here. I have spoken my peace. She can argue with her self ✌️
