I had a number of appointments with Kat during my recent stay on Maui. Kat is a very accomplished therapist and probably gave the best Trigger Point massages I have ever had. She has a great way about her and was happy to help educate me on some self care to help maintain my body health. I could not recommend her more highly.

Kat was outstanding! I would have given her 10 stars if I could have. The best massage I’ve ever had. Wish I lived here, then I would be there weekly. She has a great understanding of different muscles and how they interact. She pivoted upon arrival from a standard massage to my specific injury and was able to find additional spots that were also related to that same injury that I didn’t know about. All the while answering all of my questions on how it’s all connected. She would have received 5 stars just for that part. But then she also connected me with an outstanding chiropractor after my visit, gave me instructions on foam rolling exercises AND then followed with me twice to see how I was doing later that day as well as the next day. Wish I could better describe how great it was so others can discover her. Can’t say enough.

Kat gives a wonderful deep tissue massage. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and explains sore spots and tightness as she works. I really appreciated her recommendations for stretching exercises and other next steps. A great experience.
