For me, a great massage experience is more than the massage itself, and Heidi ticks all the boxes. She knows what she’s doing and you will get worked if that’s what you’re after (which I was). But she is also great at paying attention to all your cues. She made sure we were on the same page about the amount of pressure, but perhaps more importantly for me, she followed my lead on the amount of chatting I was after during the massage (which was none). I could tell she would have been just as comfortable having a friendly conversation throughout (for you extroverts out there), but I was able to spend a blissful 90 minutes just meditating to the lovely soundtrack of nature sounds on the stereo. I left physically and spiritually refreshed.
