Growing up I knew I wanted to make a difference and change the world. I wanted to be a therapist of some kind and prayed for a purpose and I found massage therapy as my calling. Everything was pointing to Body Wisdom and I’m so blessed to have had the opportunity to get my education there. I love learning and this was the best career for that. Psychology and the nervous system are so intriguing to me and I’ve been listening to a holistic trauma healing podcast along with a vagus nerve audiobook & The Body Keeps the Score! I love Deep Tissue Trigger Point Therapy. I love adding in stretches, pulsing and rebalancing, and joint articulation! I have hot stones and cupping available as well! And I also do maternity massages!
