I’ve never been able to really relax and enjoy a massage. Pam has made all the difference in the world. I feel like a new person every time I leave! I have had relaxation massages and also asked her to work on various issues with muscles and tissue. She is able to target the areas causing me problems and ease the tightness. Pam is very knowledgeable about the body and will explain what/why if you ask. She will also give you peace and quiet if that is what you prefer. I encouraged my husband to see her so she could work out his neck issues. Success! Her fees are very reasonable and her massage therapy is effective!

Pam is absolutely the BEST massage therapist that I have EVER had and I have had MANY massages over the past 10 years! She has cured my chronic pain and I kept seeing her for maintenance. She is smart and really cares about healing her clients. She is honest and a hard worker. She won’t stop looking for “that spot” until she has gotten it and has worked it out. She cares about her clients and her goal is to cut down the visits needed; that means there’s an improvement in your body/pain. She is perfect! She has great knowledge of the human body combined with the perfect touch which allows her to find the right spots on your body. She will try different techniques to get your body to respond as needed. I could never say enough great things about Pam and the service that she provides. I recommend anyone that has pain to visit Pam. It is so worth it. You will not regret it

I suffer from chronic migraines and tension headaches. I decided to try massage therapy and found Pam/Massage by Design a couple of weeks ago searching the web. I have had 2 treatments and already she has made a world of difference and can tell I’m on the road to long term relief. I can already notice a HUGE difference in just these two sessions.
