I always look forward to my appointments at Massage & Body Lounge. Dell is great at all of the services offered, she is very knowledgeable and her professionalism is on point. The atmosphere there is so relaxing and welcoming. I can instantly tell the difference in my skin each time I receive a facial because it leaves my skin glowing while feeling so soft and refreshed. I scheduled sessions for myself and a friend; we both were amazed and pleased. They made sure we were comfortable and explained what to expect with the services we selected. They provided us with modifications to implement in our diets at home, as well as some lifestyle modifications to see our results. At the end of my session I was down 4 inches to in my waistline with noticeable results. I enjoyed my experience with them both and plan on returning soon.Dell and Gabby were great. Dell and Gabby were great. Their space is very relaxing and cozy, I felt like I was at the spa. I scheduled sessions for myself and a friend; we both were amazed and pleased. They made sure we were comfortable and explained what to expect with the services we selected. We are so happy that we could join and become members. The massages that each of us received was different, due to health reasons and I put say that the owner nailed all three.The facility was clean, easy to locate, very friendly and professional. When I sat the appointment up with the owner, Dell L. Cates, she asked very precise questions about each of our health issues and explained the different types of services that the company offered. She also had refreshments while we were there. The atmosphere was perfect!!! The tables were warm, the linen was clean, nice and fresh. The floors were spotless. The massage was so relaxing that my sister went to sleep. It’s been almost a week since we visited and my sister is still talking about how good her shoulder feels after her massage. She went back to her P.T and told him that he should visit and get some lessons from the owner.Thanks so much for your service and treatments. You do wonderful work and I truly appreciated how you massaged and treated me. After having a double mastectomy which left me with lymphedema, it’s not easy for me to get comfortable without a shirt on. But you were very professional and stepped out of the room. Then you worked miracles on my body and in the blink of an eye, my body felt normal. Meaning I was out of pain for at least several hours and that hasn’t happened in years. I wasn’t in any pain anywhere on my body. Thank you for taking such good care of my hands and feet. I have neuropathy in both from my chemo treatments and for the very first time since the treatments, I could feel my fingers and toes without the numbness and the tingling. I could go on and on about the way in which you helped my body, your hands are magical.The three of us are just so excited about our next visit that we can hardly wait. Not to mention our friend that drove in from SC to share this day with my sister. She’s also a member and looks forward to her next massage. Thank you for helping me make it a very special and awesome day for my sister’s birthday. It’s the best gift that I could’ve given her. See you soon and thanks again!!!
