I love all things health and wellness centered that help us become better physically, mentally and spiritually. I believe whole-heartedly in the benefits of therapeutic massage to relieve not only physical tension but mental stress as well. I specialize in Deep Relief massage which combines relaxation and deep tissue techniques paired with the use of your breath. I always work within your comfort level but will encourage you to breathe through the center of any pain you might experience as there is great relief on the other side of that pain.

This woman is literally the most spectacular massage therapist I’ve ever had! Which is saying a lot, because I have had many massages in my lifetime. During my last pregnancy I was really struggling with back and neck pain. When she was done massaging me, I felt like I was floating. In a good way. It was euphoric.
