I’ve been seeing Querina for a few months now and am so grateful to have found her massage services. She knows what she’s doing and really knows what kind of massage to use to target your aches/pains of the day. The ambiance is always quiet and calm, and she always makes me feel that I can take things at my own pace which I very much appreciate. Above all, Querina has amazing technique and knows exactly what to do to relieve specific muscle pain or just give you a relaxing massage. The massages at Massage and Prosper have gone a long way towards easing the regular buildup of work stress mentally and physically and is well worth it!

I had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Querina yesterday! She was lovely, personable, and professional. The massage was a combination of relaxing and enough pressure that got the tension out of my neck and back. When you arrive you can choose an aromatherapy oil from a variety of different places, and they all smell so good. I will definitely be going back.

Once you book a massage appointment, you get a questionnaire that asks you if you have any preexisting conditions or do you have any medications that you are taking. For this visit, the main goal was to alleviate the unknown pain on my arm and shoulder. By speaking to Querina as to what I want, she was able to help and pinpoint where the problem is coming from. I have neglected this pain on my shoulder that could have been there for awhile. We focused on easing out the tension. She has been very candid as to what I need to do, and very positive that I would feel better. Her location is very clean and clutter free. I went to Massage and Prosper for the first time, and she was so intuitive about the body – I vaguely mentioned that my upper back was bothering me and she pointed to two spots she said felt inflamed, and they were the exact same spots that have been killing me. My husband and I had an incredible 90 minute couples massage. Both masseurs were extremely talented and we loved the wide selection of complimentary aromatherapy oils on offer. The location is perfect, right in downtown Jersey City and about a 3 minute walk from the Grove Street path station. My massage therapist was Querina, and she was extremely kind and professional.

My husband and I each got a 90 min swedish massage from Querina. She was absolutely amazing! She focused on our particularly stressed areas including shoulders, trapezoids, and calves due to weightlifting and carrying around a toddler all day. They can do couples massage if you’d like but the place is set up for a single person massage. It’s really cozy and the aromatherapy oils are inspired from places visited around the world. Crete oil was citrusy and i felt like a new woman after my massage. I would highly recommend this place and furthermore honored to support a small women-owned business. Go girls!
