I have been getting massages at a minimum once every 3 months for as long as I can remember. This is for health and wellness reason, not just relaxation :). Out of all the massage therapists I have had over the years, Maureen is absolutely one of the most AMAZING that I have had! She truly listens to her clients needs and adjusts the massage style accordingly. I have gone there with limited mobility in certain areas of my body and left feeling like a brand new and refreshed person.

I started seeing Maureen regularly for massages in the beginning of the year, and ever since my migraines have significantly decreased. When I started seeing Maureen I was getting around 12-15 migraines a month, and now I’m down to around 2-3! MAUREEN IS A MIRACLE WORKER ! As a person who tried just every massage therapist in the area I recommend Maureen and trust her with my life ! I really enjoy going here. I recommend the therapeutic massage but I also have been getting the lymphatic massage. The Chakra bowls are my favorite part of each session, no matter which massage you receive. Also, I recommend the red light therapy because I have psoriasis and with those red lights I do see improvement combined with massage.
