Today I came to see Sandra for my very first Swedish massage. She had everything ready as soon as I arrived. The room was very clean, relaxing and the blankets were warm. I tend to carry a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. She made sure to focus on the problem areas and I left feeling so much better. It was easy to navigate, informative, and the variety of services offered really intrigued with me. It has a feature to click to schedule, and five minutes later I had a confirmation e-mail with an appointment set for the exact date and time I had hoped for.Shortly after a questionnaire was emailed to me, it asked a few short, easy questions about what I prefer in a massage, as well as lifestyle habits. A form that usually takes 10 minutes or so to fill out your first tine with a new masseuse. Time saved during my appointment that I greatly appreciated.The day of my massage I followed the directions that accompanied my confirmation e-mail, and got there without any issues. I was a little early, as I usually am, and Sandra was ready and waiting. She was sweet and warm right off the bat. She was familiar with everything I had mentioned on the questionnaire and after a brief chat I was laying on the table, melting in to the ambiance.My massage was heaven and not only did Sandra relieve the tension in my wrist and back, she left me in a state of blissful content. It was easy to navigate, informative, and the variety of services offered really intrigued with me.
