Not sure about the massage because I bought it for my husband, but trying to get through to these people to cancel a membership is horrible. I’ve cancelled this membership twice online and it has charged my card a third time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would just like to talk to a live body please. I purchased a massage for me and my mother both for Mother’s day this year. I have tried multiple times trying to reach out to these people and have heard nothing back. I was not even able to schedule my appointment because it kept telling me it had expired when it had not. I am very upset about this because I paid $130 and was not able to get our massages, much less get my money back.
