The couples massage itself was fine, not the best, not the worst. We wanted to tip 20 dollars for our massage but they said it was too low and asked us for more. The service itself costs 120 according to their listing. They expected around 40 dollars of tips when we said 20(16 percent) they asked 20 for each person(33 percent). People tip in appreciation of a service on their own, the amount is not something you demand. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will not come again.

Greedy poor quality service. When you ask for harder massage, the therapist wants to say another $15 for that. At the end of the session, the grumpy old lady practically blocks you on your way out saying the tip must be $20 and that a $10 tip isn’t enough. Tips are for excellent service, not demanded. This business is highway robbery! NEVER come here unless you want poor service and to be ROBBED and falsely imprisoned at the end on your way out.

We’re pleased with 360 Massage. Definitely one of the better Asian massage places. Don’t let the very small and stark “lobby” put you off. The rooms have high quality massage tables, are clean and appropriately lit, and have nice hooks for hanging your clothes.
