The new owner is a horrible business person!!! Mary is not allowed to do designs on nails. I’ve been a faithful customer for 20 years! Made an appointment but because I requested Mary the new owner refused me as a customer. Do not go here!!!! Use to be amazing but now nails are clumpy and not fully polished. When I went back to get polish fixed after a day it chipped I was told in to rough. When I literally did nothing but drive. Then she painted over it and it looked horribly tacky. They went downhill and I won’t be back.

This place is absolutely horrendous. They took a walk-in over my appointment for a ten dollar walk-in tip when I’ve spent well over 600 dollars in just tips alone for a year. Do not go here. Not worth it. Not to mention how rude and disrespectful they are towards their so called clients. The lack of effort is astonishing and quite frankly annoying to deal with.

The lady at the 2nd booth on the left when you walk in needs to learn better technique with eyebrow waxing. She totally botched my daughters eyebrow waxing to the point she was crying, teased, and didn’t want to go to school. There were chunks of hair missing and way too much waxed off; therefore way too thin. They gave us our money back but my daughters eyebrows won’t grow in for weeks, months even. Our nails were fine but she was making snide comments along the way with an eyebrow job like that.

After she tried to talk me into getting a shape and color I did not want. and being there before others I was told that there was not enough time to finish my nails the way I wanted, and yes I payed full price. I was offered to apply nail stickers to the 2 undone nails. Never will I go back.again.
