We have been customers for years! Never have complained even if we get the new girl. Lol. However i went to get my eyebrows done and i got a burn. I went back and the “manager” Mary didn’t even hesitate to apologize or try to make things better she just sat there! Then to top it off, the girl that had done my eyebrows put an EXPIRED antibiotic!!!!! It was expired since 2014! I really appreciate all the girls but i will be heading back. They just lost 3 customers that have been attending for the last 4 years! They just aint the same any more. Especially the “manager”. Really expected more from you Mary.

OMG! My nails are so ugly not even happy! I will Never go there again and they charge by the color of polish even if you are doing gel. They are so thick and clumpy ugly!!!! .

They’re too busy and can’t pay attention to one customer at a time and so they make mistakes. Their nails are very messy and have multiple small imperfections that they don’t bother to fix. This is not a “you get what you paid for” because I did not get what I paid for.
