She had placed in charge a 19 year old girl to braid my hair which was no problem her girlfriend came along with her and after 5 hours of sitting in the chair I asked if I could reschedule for the following day and the young lady said sure and I asked her to be an extra charge she says know about 10 minutes after I left the salon Mary Liz calling me cursing me but very unprofessional would not give me my hair back refused any service for no reason.Mary liz is a Billy and a poor excuse of a bu DC iness woman. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI arrived on time and she proceeded to ignore my call. Then had the nerve to text me saying she was on an important call. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. I believe this was a set up. She loves in a sketchy neighborhood and some guy pulled up right behind me. Do not go to her. Very unprofessional
