I’ve been seeing Kristy since January of this year on a bi-weekly basis to treat ongoing muscle issues. She really works to pin point what my individual problem areas are and is very responsive with scheduling needs. On top of helping me ease muscle pain, my mood has improved. We are even working on some small exercise movements to help work out long term posture problems. I highly recommend a visit.
