Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst of all I went for just a cut because my hair was already clean and freshly dried. My appointment was at 10:00am and I told one of the girls that I just wanted a cut and one of the girls who had red hair told me that she had to wash my hair in order to get a haircut. Well, I didn’t complain to her work. It was 10:30am I had my hair wet and I was waiting for Marya to cut my hair since the girl with the red hair didn’t know how to do layer. Well, I went to sit down to wait and I notice that Marya starts putting on makeup, which I had to wait about 25 more minutes for her to attend to me. In the meantime, another client arrives who wanted a different shade of hair and she begins to attend to her first. Then she goes to the back and I see that all she is doing is laughing and hanging out with the barber who works there instead of doing her job. It was my first time visiting them and I was shocked by the poor service and quality of work. In addition to the fact that she did my hair in a hurry and totally damaged it, everything was uneven and you can see it from far. It is the worst place, I do not recommend it to anyone. First of all I went for just a cut because my hair was already clean and freshly dried. My appointment was at 10:00am and I told one of the girls that I just wanted a cut and one of the girls who had red hair told me that she had to wash my hair in order to get a haircut. She took the time to understand what I like and want, she knows how to manage my hair without me having to say anything.Her staff are warm and sweet, they don’t treat you like a customer but like a family member.Her services and prices are of quality.It took me 21 years to find someone who could do my hair of my liking.
