I’ve been seeing Maryah for almost 9 years and I am so grateful for her ability to help me feel my best! She tailors each massage to what I need and is great about asking questions so she knows what’s going on with my muscles. Maryah also provides me with exercises and stretches to try so that I can strengthen areas that are causing issues. I see Maryah each month and I truly don’t know what I’d do without her. By seeing her regularly, I can do all the activities I enjoy like running, yoga, biking, and gardening without it resulting in injuries or being super sore. Seeing her consistently has also really helped keep tension headaches at bay.
