I came to this shop because I was nearby in the area so I thought I’d give it a try. I just wanted powder dip manicure, with almond shaped nails. The manicurist told me that they couldn’t do the powder dip color, so they put gel color on top of 1 layer of powder. After I told them gel color messes up my nails. The manicurist didn’t even clean up my nails or cuticles when I pointed it out she said she will do it after, which she didn’t. And my almond shaped nails definitely didn’t happen. They’re all different lengths and sizes. To top it off, their tools aren’t sanitized between clients. I had one manicurist use the file that was used on me on another client’s feet, then come back and use it on me. Disgusting. And they had a weird video playing on the TV of people cutting up raw meat… who wants to watch that when you’re trying to relax? Definitely would tell anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place.

I went to this place when it was La Bella and that staff was great. This new owner and staff not so great. I’ve had nothing but lifting nails and fungus more times than I can count. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. On top of that I find them to be very rough and pretty rude. I had made an appointment two weeks prior for a fill and pedi as usual but when I got there they just looked at me and said the guy (owner Tony) wasn’t there and insisted that I come back the next day. Very rude and uncaring. Not even a sorry. Will never go back there and since then have found a more professional and friendly place. Even my coworkers have stopped going here for the same reasons!

Just because they serve water and candy doesn’t stop them from being a chop shop. Nails weren’t even even. Tons of high spots. One of my nails didn’t even get a top coat, when I went back to fix it they made the nails look worse. Some of the nails were up close to the cuticle while others weren’t so they all looked bad. I also had my daughters nails painted and they charged me for a mani pedi for her and only did her hands, they made it a big deal when I asked for the money back for her feet that weren’t done. The nail polish then came off the very next day so I had to go back in and complain they didn’t do a top/base coat for my daughters nails. Dirty unclean tools that didn’t get disinfected only rinsed my my dirty pedicure water. VERY DISSATISFIED and I will never go back even though my pedi looked and felt amazing the way the arylics looked and lack of hygiene turned me completely away. Never again.

Just a week ago I walked into a whole new business called Mary Nails. The only reason I headed there was because another nail shop which I really liked called LA BELLA used to be there and because my girl who usually does my nails..didn’t have any openings for that day. So I gave it a try. The owner of this new business is very rude and was talking smack of the previous business while doing my nails. Although I was very please with my nails initially. 2 days went by and one of my nails broke I went back for them to fix it. And the owner took over and fixed it. While in the other station I’m hearing another lady complaining about her gel manicure that was also done the same day as me. When he finished fixing my nail, I noticed the quality was not the same as the other he’d done initially and it was a little crooked. I was over it. I walked out and hoped they lasted at least two weeks to ge a new set from my girl at LUXIE NAIL SPA. 4 days went by after and 3 new nails broke. I went back for them to fix them since I had paid $120 for nails and pedi and it hadn’t been a week since I got my nails done by them. The owner puts one of his workers to do my nails without saying that there was gonna be an extra charge. Nothing, they sit me down and begin on fixing my nails. After he is done. He then tells me there’s an additional charge, knowing that it hasn’t even been a week and all my nails all breaking. I have NEVER experienced anything like it, from my nails breaking this early.. i will never go to that nail shop ever again. I pay a lot less at my regular nail salon at Luxie Nail Spa and she even does designs in my nails. I do definitely recommend that you head to LUXIE NAIL SPA instead of this horrible nail salon Mary Nails.. they are the worst!!! DO NOT GO DO YOUR NAILS AT MARY NAILS. You will regret it!

This third experience will be my last. The only person who is professional in this place is the receptionist. The staff is rude, unsanitary and childish. They talk about customers in their native tongue and laugh while looking at the individual who has no idea they are degrading and making fun of them. You can tell they are speaking I’ll of someone because staff members will even peak out fr the back room, giggle, chime in in their native tongue and they all laugh in unison. It’s a disgusting sight. Also, the young man (seems to be the youngest male there) who works here, doesn’t care that customers could become sick. He takes his mask off to sneeze and cough right there in the main area of the shop, without covering his mouth… during a pandemic and they get upset when you ask them if they have Lysol. Smh Lastly, the staff gets upset if you ask them to clean their tools and tell them not to perform a task that will damage your nails or skin (like digging too deep into your cuticles until they bleed or filing your nails so hard that it feels like fire underneath). I LOVE MY NAILS THANK YOU STEVEN!!!!! They are ALL so sweet and professional today was my birthday and I was extremely satisfied with my nails. I even took my little girl with me she got her nails painted pink and Steven went above and beyond to make sure she loved her nails and painted some flowers on her nails. She was so stoked and said I REALLY LIKE THIS PLACE MOM THEY’RE SO SWEET. Can’t wait to come back and try out some new designs and get a facial with Kaycee.. definitely recommend this beautiful salon.

I really like this shop. They get super busy so you probably want to make an appointment. Kaisie does amazing brows and lashes. They are all friendly and efficient. Tom does my favorite pedi but I don’t mind if someone else does it. I decided to cut all my nails and start over. I decided to try dip powder and loved how it came out. They have a huge variety of colors and different options for type of pedi you want.
