Went for a pedicure yesterday morning. Was very disappointed with the quality of the polish job I received. My pedicure was done by a woman which seem to be going fine . As she was finishing up the owner said the man will do my polish . As the man was polishing I kept telling him it polish on sides (my skin) he kept saying thats your skin. As he was fixing he than kept messing up my other toes. He was so interested and everything else around him talking too much and not worrying about serving the customer (me). I also told him twice dont rush my color the lighting in the salon must be bad I left they seem to look fine . I had to make another stop before I went to a an event. I got out my car and the polish dried globby and sloppy you can see the line where the second coat had stopped at and some spots missed during the pedicure …this was not worth $30!!! I called and told he did said to come back .I had no time to go back i had to get ready for an event . I shouldn’t even had to go back it should have been done right the first time .I honestly wouldn’t went back even if i did have time. This polish job was a catastrophe didnt want anyone playing with my feet again. I had to go to the event like this even if no one else noticed but looking at my feet I could see it.

Most horrible work on nails. They filed my nails so thin they broke. Technician was rough and non apologetic. Owner excused technician by saying she’s done nails for 10 years. No signs of experience on my nails. My nails are naturally strong but paper thin now. Buyer beware!!! Gel manicures

Was happy to find this place super local to my house, everyone was friendly, did a fine job on my nails. Had an appointment today for a fill at 10am before I go out of town tomorrow. Sign on the door says open Mondays at 10am. Door was locked. Salon was dark. I waited thirty minutes, called multiple times, no answer. Now I have to find a new salon last-minute to take care of my nails. Most basic requirement of a business – be open when you say you’ll be open. Don’t make appointments if you can’t take them. I won’t be returning.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been going to Mary’s since I was a freshman in high school. I am now out of college, and I can say from my experiences with them that their prices and quality are NOT consistent. They upcharge depending on how busy the day is. Today will be my LAST time going to them. I was charged $90 for a routine pedicure and acrylic refill. Something that would normally be $65. They did a terrible job and I was really surprised at the total price considering how awful it all looked. My nails look stumpy and uneven, the polish job was a simple brown tip that looks wonky, and two of my nails have blood under them because the techs don’t pay attention when they’re shaving them down.It’s really not worth it and I am angry that I gave them so many chances to upcharge me for a lazy sloppy job. All I can do is laugh to keep from crying because I paid for this. I’ve been going to Mary’s since I was a freshman in high school. I am now out of college, and I can say from my experiences with them that their prices and quality are NOT consistent. My nails were a beautiful color and I really loved how they looked on my nails. However. The paint job could’ve been better. I feel like she could’ve did another coat or 2 but that’s fine. My nails also started chipping the next day and one of my nails broke the same day I got them done. The guy is super nice I love him but the lady that did my nails had a attitude and she picked up my phone and placed it in another spot while I was getting my nails done which was very strange to me. But at the end she gave me my phone back. It’s a very clean and nice place I just wish they didn’t rush doing my nails.
