She explained some new tools she was going to use and after she was done I could instantly feel the relief. If you are like me and struggle with tense muscles whether from an injury or from poor posture you have to go see Mary. I will be more regular now that she explained several things to me about how my muscles work and how to help them. She even sent me home with an audio link on how to help relieve the tension I was holdong from syress and working. 10/10 reccomend you get a massage from her and be open to her different techniques.
