Highly recommend Carly for a facial (magical!) and Mariah for massage (so relaxing, checking every so often to ensure pressure was OK!). Mary Lynn is a hoot! Arrive early and ask to spend time on the peaceful 2nd floor patio while you wait for your appointment time. Call to ask for any special packages. I had a one-hour facial + one-hour massage + hand and foot scrub for an astonishingly reasonable price. Would easily have been two to three times more at one of the Scottsdale resorts. This little gem is tucked away, too, so zero street/traffic noise to disturb a relaxing, rejuvenating escape.

I went to Mary Lynn for my birthday yesterday. It was my first time visiting a spa and I had a wonderful experience. I chose the three hour package. For the price I felt it offered a decent amount of service. I searched for quite sometime because I wanted to make sure my first experience was a good one. Compared to others it was one of the best. I had Yvette and Bestet. Very lovely ladies. My massage was perfect. I could feel the tension being worked out of my body. The ambiance and setting is very calming and serene. The facial left my face glowing on top of I got wonderful skincare advice during my facial. The customer service is top tier. I was 30 mins late and they offered to check to see if her other client was there and if not she would make up my missed time. I really appreciated this because I didn’t even ask her to do that. Very genuine and authentic experience. I know it’s a recall on strawberries so I wasn’t tripping but that was the only thing I can say wasn’t there that’s listed in the package either way for me it was still a 5 star experience and I will definitely be back.

A couple of weeks ago, my friend and I each booked a 3-hour package for massage and facials. However, the experience was not what we thought it would be. The masseuse didn’t seem to want to be there from the beginning and had poor technique. She tried to stretch my hamstrings before doing anything else to warm them up, so it didn’t feel great. She was also obviously a smoker, which was not pleasant to smell while she did some upper body work. My friend had a worse time as she had some real problems to address. My friend says she also fell asleep at some point and left during her massage to handle someone yelling to be served downstairs (I did hear this from my room). The facial was ok, not great, kind of patchy work. She also didn’t do (or clean) my whole hand, and nearly rubbed 1-2 areas raw. On top of that, they stopped 30 minutes EARLY without telling us beforehand. That’s THIRTY MINUTES that we ALREADY PAID to have treatment and did not get any. As an “apology”, we were given bottles of serum with the labels half cut out. Not sure what the deal was with that, we looked up the product, it’s cheap ($15 per bottle, which is what they charge for a single application). The owner did not want to give us our money back (ANY of it, even to compensate for the 30 minutes) or have us come in when we could do it over. We paid all that money (more than $500) plus gratuity for poor service. Some of the reviews looked good, but buyer Beware.

Went here for my birthday relaxation day. A friend and I chose Mary Lynn’s over places we were looking at for over a week and a half. Loved the ladies Katrina was the best. Worked out my knots and made me so relaxed haven’t been able to lift my arm without restriction for a long while. I will be back monthly if not twice a month. Well needed and enjoyed. First time for a facial (Mariah hope I spelled that right) and the ladies complimented my skin as I use nothing but natural coconut oil and they also offered advice for my sister who wasn’t even there. Love you ladies we will be back and the environment was quiet and relaxing.

I’ve been reading the reviews on this website and fill that something needs to be said. I’ve been a regular customer here for 5 years all therapists and Marylynn provide the utmost respect customer service and they truly appreciate and love what they do you can tell after every treatment and after every massage I feel amazing. Yes one of the therapists is allowed breather she doesn’t sleep I saw that in the review she’s actually my therapist. She includes stretching trigger point therapy as well as swedish throughout every session I can never feel better. Every now and then I see reviews on here where people obviously are upset but not completely accurate. And they play so that I can pay 190 and receive five different services which all are free but one, where they give out complimentary wine and ice cream on birthdays. They will actually sing Happy Birthday to you it’s amazing. I look forward to my next service these girls I number one in my book. You just have to come and experience the magic for yourself guaranteed if I’ve been coming here for 5 years you’ll be a lifer too.

Great experience, felt very comfortable when i walked in. Massage was excellent, my only gripe is that the beds did not have enough padding and every once in a while during the massage i could feel the supports under the bed digging into my ribs. I guess thats my fault for not saying something. I am a big guy so it could just be me.

I had the best massage of my life here with Mariah (Swedish massage, light-medium pressure), and then a relaxing, gentle and informative facial with Carly. In sum, I had a package which included a 60 min. massage and then 60 min.: facial, hand scrub, and foot scrub for $150. I discovered the package on Groupon. Note that if you do it on Groupon, it’s $130 and I believe it can only be used Mon.-Fri. though there is no statement about that on Groupon’s site. I called the spa before purchasing it to schedule, and ask if they would like me buy from them directly because Groupon takes a big chunk of proceeds from the merchant. When I called, they told me that the Groupon price held only for Mon.-Thurs., but that they could do it on the weekend for a slight upcharge – $150. It was absolutely worth it.

This is the worst spa experience I have ever had. Service was horrible. My masseus was eating in the middle of my massage. The room I was placed in was freezing cold and they didn’t do anything when I told them it was very cold in there. What was most upsetting was when I met the owner of the business she immediately started asking me for gratuity and tips while I was still in the middle of my facial. This was a terrible experience and I will make sure everyone knows that this place is only out to take your money and provide sun-par service
