Juli messed up my mom feet and nails. She has fungus on both hand and feet. My mom said her tools looks dirty and she rushed her pedicure. Pedicure was less than 10 mins.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI tried this place twice and the service and work were both horrible. I left before she completed my pedicure. I will wait to get back to Houston. My feet feel the way they did before I went there. Staff was rude and the owner told me she didn’t care if I left. She told me I had to pay $55 for a service that I get for $30 anywhere else. They are a rip off. The flamboyant guy at the reception desk was rude too. NEVER AGAIN. I always go to Lynn for my pedicure and she never disappoint me. She always do a awesome job everytime. Especially because I have bad hang nails that grows in my skin and she is the only person that can get it out. She is great you guys.
