I will not be returning. The pedicure seemed fine, but while sitting in the chair, I could see how dirty the salon was. The manicure (regular w/ basic polish) was awful. My nails were poorly filed after soaking in cold water for a few seconds. My cuticles looked like I had been biting them, and one was bleeding. Fortunately, they did not charge me for the manicure. I went straight to another salon to start over. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that the pedicure looked equally as bad until after I got home.

I got a manicure from Lam today and had a wonderful experience!!! Her work was fantastic and it was a joy to spend time with her; I look forward to the next time I get to visit her! Highly recommend!

I’m not sure what’s with all these negative reviews? I’ve been there three times now, once for a manicure full set with color dip and twice for a pedicure. I would recommend the staff highly! They are perfectionists with an attention to detail. Please see attached photos of raspberry toenails and orangey red fingernails for how my nails looked after. Inexpensive and great services.

Pretty annoying. I saw that they closed at 7 p.m. and I called at 5:45pm asking if there was a wait and they said no that I could come in for a dip manicure. I got there around 6:05 PM and I asked for a dip manicure and I wanted to add on a pedicure. She said that they didn’t have time for that. She said “I already turned off the sign“. So I asked if I could just get a dip. She said no I already turned off the sign. I told her that I just called and she told me that I could come in and she didn’t really seem too worried about it. Pretty rude. I’m a mom with three kids so finding the time to make my way to the nail salon is far and few between. Probably not going back

Came in on a Sunday and was told they do not accept appointments yet several customers came into shop and immediately let served while the rest of us waited for hours with no logical order of service and receptionist was preoccupied with talking to her boyfriend on the phone. The owner is extremely professional, but if she is not there things are not handled well at all. I get my toes and nails done every other week, but will not be returning here. I have already sat here for 2 hours and still no service.

I have been coming here for years. I came to get a simple manicure. I was so upset when it was done, I paid and left. It was a VERY rushed job. My cuticles are not completely clipped and dry. Parts of my nails have no polish. I have to go home and redo my nails. I will never return to this place again. Manicure

They did not honor my appointment time for 3. Had us scattered all over the salon so we couldn’t even talk to each other. I told them the issue and that we were there for my birthday and they said “you shoulda made an appointment”. I said I did days ago and they ignored me. Took forever and did not smell clean. The only plus is my nails did look nice.

I got a pedicure which was fine. My nails I got dip. They are hideous. She didn’t push my cuticles back just put the dip where my cuticle didn’t touch so it looks like my nails are a week grown out already and short and stubby the polish is all bumpy and fat. Really disappointed. The lady who did my toes was super sweet and did a nice job but unfortunately I won’t be back bc I need to soak this $40 manicure off like right now. It looks that bad. I would be embarrassed to go anywhere.
