Marvelous Nails

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueYALL!! I have been to countless salons and ALWAYS have to “fix” what they don’t notice or care to “perfect” Jason is AMAAZZIINGG! My nails literally look perfect!!! I didn’t have to fix or file anything when leaving! Salon is very clean and a relaxing atmosphere! Booked again before I left. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent twice and will not go back. When I got my full set on back in October it looked good. Then scheduled a follow up while there. Couple weeks later showed up and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I said that’s odd but they decided to service me anyways… then went to schedule an additional appointment and they told me that I couldn’t come back for three weeks. I agreed to it and scheduled however I had a Gel full set on mind you this was not the first time ever having gel nails and in the past when I didn’t want them on and tried to get them off would take days. After just 2 weeks since my last appointment I went to open my dryer while doing laundry and my nail just popped off like I was wearing press ons… I then went to fold clothes and bam another just popped off. So I sat there and litterally with in 20 mins had all the nails off as if I had glued them on myself……. That’s poor work will never go back again. Went twice and will not go back. When I got my full set on back in October it looked good. Then scheduled a follow up while there. Couple weeks later showed up and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I said that’s odd but they decided to service me anyways… then went to schedule an additional appointment and they told me that I couldn’t come back for three weeks. Second time walked in at 6:15 and they were done for the day for full sets but they stay open until 7. Second time trying to get service here. First time I set up and appointment to get my nails done for my wedding and they refused to service 3 of us because we didn’t make an appointment for each. Second time walked in at 6:15 and they were done for the day for full sets but they stay open until 7. If I could give then zero starts I would.

I proceed to check the hours on the door, which clearly states they are open Sunday from 12noon to 5pm. This is not the first time I have wasted Gas to come out here and be serviced. I proceed to check the hours on the door, which clearly states they are open Sunday from 12noon to 5pm. This is not the first time I have wasted Gas to come out here and be serviced. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThey are very friendly, do a great job, and the salon is very clean! My only criticism is that their price increases related to COVID are steep and without valid justification, in my opinion. Gel Polish change cost me $35, but was $22 down the road at another salon.
