From customer service to nails. 1 star Polish all around toes (no clean up after polishing) toe nails cut the lowest possible without asking so the shape is off. Cut around big toe so now looks like a point. Polish on nails not the whole nail so sides are not painted. Started chipping 5 days after. This pedicure and full set cost $120

New ownership & has definitely changed. Has some good technicians still, but the service does not match the price tag. It’s gotten dirty, the polish selection is not good & is hardly a relaxing spa like experience. Also they are now charging 2% if you use a credit card, but many businesses have started this. They will ask you if you want something, not communicate there is an additional cost & you find out at check out, so be aware of that.

Love love love love love! This is by far one of the best nail salons in the area. I get a regular pedicure and gel manicure, reasonably priced . My nails are always shaped nicely to my approved length and last the full two weeks.

I visited today for the first time. I was a walk in. She, the nail technician, did an excellent job. The warm towel for your hands is a lovely touch. Marvelous Nail Salon Williamsburg is clean and tidy. I will return and try a pedicure next time.

I personally don’t see what all the hype is about this place? I went in for tips and gel, and showed a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, which was French style nails but with snow flakes (it was around December2021) and they literally talked me out of getting it because it was going to be “too hard” (exact words used as to why she didn’t want to do it) . Like I’m not artist. But I have done my mails myself most of my life, and have 100% done snow flakes. I just wanted to go in this time because I just wanted tips which I don’t usually do myself. The tips weren’t cut all at the same length, which I fixed once I got home, and the gel was lumpy..meaning it was raised..didn’t look organic with my natural nails. I just didn’t think that it was a very professional place to be honest and was disappointed because of how many great reviews it had. And I’m in totally not a fan of asking for something service wise and basically being told “no. This is what you want instead.” which unfortunately has happened more than once with me when it comes to nail salons. Also they kept using THE SAME UNCLEAN tools on me and a customer next to me. Like tools that’s SHOULD NOT be shared without being cleaned!

I had an appointment scheduled with my sister. My sister was scheduled for a pedicure and I was scheduled for a full set. They began my sister’s pedicure about 10 minutes after our appt time. They served several customers before asking to start my manicure, as it was over 45 minutes past my appointment time. They clearly overbook themselves. The customer service was mediocre at best.
