I took my dad for a “5pm” haircut. He was told ahead of time to call beforehand to be sure 5pm still worked for the stylist. He called. No one answered. We showed up at 5. The stylist was coloring someone else’s hair. It was not until a whole 90 minutes later that my dad’s haircut started. I have never experienced this in my life. That was ridiculous. Furthermore, he was never offered any sort of discount for his horribly long wait. He chooses to go back again because it is close to where we live. I would never recommend this salon to anyone based on this experience.

Went in there with my mom, we had made appointments prior to walking in. My mom got served right away, I on the other hand was not asked if I was there for services and ended up sitting there for 2 hours. Within the time the lady who was supposed to do my hair was having a grand time. Left the shop got herself some food came back and proceeded to laugh and joke while stuffing her face. When she found out I was her 2 o’clock appointment she says “oh well I can do a dry cut I’m leaving in 15 mins” she didn’t leaving in 15 mins more like 45. Not to mention I was only getting a trim. I was in shock. Horrible service and not treated well. If I could give a 0 star rating I would for that employee. Plus no apology was given.
