They relaxed my natural hair without my knowledge and didn’t have the decency to neutralize it out. Now I have to start my natural hair journey all over after 10+ years. Oh and my scalp is very sensitive since this happened. The hair on the wall is after the first shampoo and the hair in my hand is after the second shampoo. I had to go buy a neutralizing shampoo to get the relaxer smell out of my hair.

Got a blow out two weeks ago. While the lady was blow drying my hair the brush she used was pulling all my hair out. It was falling on my shirt an all over hers. Washed my hair an it is coming out in clumps my texture is gone an my hair is thinned out. I have been natural for 2 years an never has this happened. This is a horrible place to go get your hair done!!!

Went for a blowout and deep conditioning and my hair came out great. The salon was busy the day I went so I was here about 3 hours but the staff moved as quickly as they could and apologized for the inconvenience. I definitely will return.

My daughters hair is always done great here! If you have thin or brittle hair I would not recommend the blowout due to heat damage, but the have other options for natural hair as well as permed.

My mother was treated terribly upon her experience here. she came to get her hair braided and she stated the hair stylist was rude and rough with her. She will not be returning. She explained how this was the worst customer service experience of her life and she doesn’t understand why the customer service is not important. However she still tipped the ladies, but she will not be back.

Best hair salon ever , they know how to work on all types of hair even textured hair. Martha never disappoint. Some people down below complain about their hair being damage it’s because they do not take care of there hair. They do not wrap it up, even though Martha recommends them to wrap it. Martha and her staff even shows all her clients how to do a “tube”. A “tube” is showing how to wrap your hair for longer lasting results. Martha always stay late to make sure her clients are satisfied.

DON’T DO IT‼️ They put relaxer chemicals in my shampoo and did not make me aware nor did the apply or wash it out properly since they were trying to sneak and do it. My hair is natural and WAS past my shoulders. I would not have agreed to them chemically altering my hair. I love my natural hair. After they straightened my hair using the blow out method it started falling out in chunks as I wore it and also when I washed it handfuls of hair were falling out. I smelled a strong smell of chemicals the first few times I washed it after they straightened it. They had my permission to wash my hair, blow dry it, and flat iron it but that’s it. My hair has broken off severely. I am going to have to cut it and start over. IM SUING them and if you have had the same experience you should too!!! They should not be putting chemicals is womens hair without their knowledge. Also when they sneak and add chemicals to the shampoo or deep conditioner they don’t wash it out with a neutralizing shampoo and this is illegal practice .

I’ve been natural for 7 years and I’m 100% for sure that they put relaxer in their shampoo. My hair looks relaxed and feels as if I have chemical burns. I’m highly upset. Why would you put relaxer in the shampoo or conditioner?
