This place is wonderful — I (26m) have had my hair cut there a few times, and I never know how to articulate how I want it. The stylists always seem to get it right and I am very grateful for that! EDIT 10/25: The salon owner insisted that I come in and have the bangs done over again by her, no charge. Second time’s a charm! However, I would recommend setting up an appointment and seeing the stylists past work if you intend on coming here. I was a walk-in and I think that is what started this journey. Overall not a great experience, but the owner made all the difference in how she responded. Obviously a lot of care goes into this salon, but maybe not enough communication to new stylists. If you have the time to schedule an appointment further out, I do recommend this salon!

I have been going to Martelli’s to get my hair highlighted for over a year. Recently, I ended up getting a color I was not happy with. The owner, Brittani reached out to me that same day and offered to fix my hair. She was able to fit me in the next business day despite her very busy schedule. Brittani went above and beyond and did highlights, toner, and a shadow root that made my hair look amazing and I ended up with a very beautiful balayage. Before I left, she styled it into curls and to my surprise, this whole process was done free of charge! I would really recommend getting your hair done by Brittani as she truly wants customers to be happy with their hair.

I was really looking forward to having a mani/pedi here with my mom. The salon is nice and it’s clean. The girl who did our pedicure/ manicure was nice. I am however extremely disappointed in the quality of the service. Feet and hands were extremely dry after. Nails were not evenly filed. The polish is chipped and is coming off after just a week. Normally when I get a pedicure my polish lasts about a month. I called to let them know we were both unhappy and it was as if it didn’t matter. This experience was very disappointing and it’s unfortunate. I’m pretty bummed about it.

Amber’s gel manicures and pedicures are always the best quality and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
