Honestly I’ve never had such an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and talented. I got a chance to sit down with the owner and he was so humble. He explained how each nail tech has their own specialty and they often switch between techs depending on your design (which they did do for me) everyone is so incredibly talented with their skill set. If you want quality service and trendy designs this place is where it’s at! Not to mention the prices are super reasonable

zero stars for this place. I am in front of this place and I told them to call the police because I am not going to pay 105$ for this horrible job. They did not clean the nails. can you believe it?? They are super rude. You don’t matter as a customer. Although I told them that I was not happy with the result, they did not even want to fix it. I’m not a Karen, but this place is really horrible. They only care about your money. I decided to come because of the reviews, but how disappointed I am. I didn’t say I wasn’t going to pay, I just said I’m not going to pay $105 for such horrible work. Now I am waiting for my husband to pay cash. They yelled at me and they were recording me. I will seek legal advice to see if it was right that they recorded me. I paid 80$ for this horrible job. And I did it because I am a decent person. I took a photo at $80 on the site. The owner told me: it’s $105! Oh my God! I told him: you didn’t do what I asked you! Really? I am a business owner, and for me my clients are a priority. Even when they finished I told them that I wasn’t happy with the work and even then they didn’t even tell me: come on, let’s fix it. It would be the most logical. an agreement. May we all be well, they with their money and I satisfied as a customer. I told them to take a picture of my car’s license plate and if they wanted to call the police, but I wasn’t going to pay for something so bad. They recorded me and took pictures of me. super rude. I don’t understand how such horrible people exist.

Great Service! Everyone is really friendly, definitely stands out compared to most nail salons. The vibe of the staff makes you feel welcomed . Plus the design I had was a bit complicated but they took the time and paid attention to detail tremendously . Couldn’t be happier with everything, definitely will be coming back at some point!

I went to this location about 3 times! The prices are insane! They advertise “walk-ins welcome” but thats not true I went twice without an Appointment and I was turned away and told that I needed an appointment. That’s an easy fix! Take the sign down! The last time I went They were late opening up..cool! then I get in and my pedicure was rushed… I like to look at the menu for different services they have but that was not offered to me that day. Then I went to get my nails refilled!! BAD IDEA!!! He (older guy) cut 3 different fingers with the drill..now I have bandaids on which doesn’t make my hands look great…it hasn’t been a week and two nails are coming off! I loved it at first but that was short lived! The only good thing about this place is the fact that they can do Modern nail designs…

I used to think I was allergic to manicures bc of chemicals since i always got burned and had horrible rashes. I gave this place a shot because of the good reviews and good customer service when scheduling an appointment and i was not disappointed. No rash, no burns, and my sensitive skin didn’t have any type of reaction after this place!!! I finally found a great salon and I’m beyond happy. I have arthritis and my joints kept locking during it and the guy was so understanding and nice about it and didn’t judge me. Great place, great people. I have had terrible experiences everywhere else except here. I used to think I was allergic to manicures bc of chemicals since i always got burned and had horrible rashes. I gave this place a shot because of the good reviews and good customer service when scheduling an appointment and i was not disappointed. No rash, no burns, and my sensitive skin didn’t have any type of reaction after this place!!! I finally found a great salon and I’m beyond happy. I have arthritis and my joints kept locking during it and the guy was so understanding and nice about it and didn’t judge me. Great place, great people. Very worth the price!

Critical: QualityI have been going to this nail salon for 5 years.. I was hesitant on going back when I heard there was new management but went anyway. The first time I went it was a pleasant experience and the polish lasted. I went less than 2 weeks ago and by the end of week 1 my no chip manicure was chipping and indented like the polish was still soft and pliable. Saturday will be 2 weeks since going and my nails look like the attached pictures. I’m so disappointed and I spent $100 on that and a pedicure. No chip manicures should last at least 2/3 weeks if not longer. I haven’t had time to go back to get it fixed because life has been so busy. The first time I went it was a pleasant experience and the polish lasted. I was given the wrong color and when I said something, I was told it’s bc the gel is different color. No one explained it to me or cared that I was upset. Also, the nail tech was on her phone and answered a FaceTime call during that time. I’m upset as this place has almost 5 stars which is why I went.
