I guess my nails look alright other than part of my nails not being painted. But the main issue here was cleanliness. The shop was filthy, the nail tech scraped flakes off of the tools that clearly haven’t been sanitized in a long time right before using them on me. I wish I took a picture of the caddies they use for tools. I’m thoroughly grossed out and won’t be going back.

Wow, so many things wrong with this place! My nails are terrible. The man doing my dip was so aggressive with my hands pulling me closer to him and scolding me for not relaxing my fingers. He burned me three with the dremel, the whole process was painful. All of my cuticles are a mess full of leftover drip powder and gel polish. I should honestly go back for a refund. Very happy with my nails. The guy who did them for me was so quick and did a great job!!

I went in to get my nails dipped and it only took the guy 30 minutes! Dipped manicures are supposed to take about an hour. I also got a pedicure, but overall the whole process took only 1h and 15 minutes. Plus, three of my nails chipped after 1 week, here is a pic of one of them. I’m pretty disappointed knowing I could have spent that money elsewhere.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI’m currently visiting from out of town and I must say, the Deluxe Pedicures here are SPECTACULAR!Most places back home in FL spend about 10 min massaging your legs and move on.NOT HERE!!!Oh my goodness. I got massaged three different times. Once with the scrubs, next with what looked like lotion but thicker and didn’t really rub in, then got a hot towel on my legs and another leg massage after the hot towel with lotion while my feet soaked in a warm bag of gel that I haven’t quite figured out yet, but it felt great, so no complaints at all. (Alas, it was Paraffin wax, who knew?!)I have a bad tendency to bite my nails really bad if the polish comes off and I don’t repaint STAT. They were able to shellac my little nubs, ensure none was on my skin which would cause the polish to just peel off my nail in one sheet. I’m impressed.
