Well maintained spa with friendly staff. I was seated pretty quickly and asked to fill out some waivers before they took me to the changing room. However I did not see the owner/manager, there were 2 girls who seemed to be working there. So I do wish they greeted more professionally and went over the services I was suppose to receive and if there was anything else I wanted to add to my service. I would’ve also preferred a proper introduction to the person who assisted me for the day.

I visited this establishment for the first time for a Swedish massage. My masseuse was Esmeralda and she was absolutely amazing. Before the session began she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and I did not. The pressure was perfect and my body felt amazing at the end of the session. What a great place! I did tons of research before picking Marco Hamam Spa. My friend and I made a day of it, each getting the Relax package. It was so worth it. They were amazing. Elly has been taking care of my facials for the past 2 sessions and she did an amazing job pampering my face. AMAZING! Thank you to your team, it was an experience that blew all my expectations away. I’ve been waiting for a Hamam spa to come to Texas. This spa is gorgeous. Front desk is very kind, welcoming, and professional. The massage was much needed and I finished feeling relaxed and repaired but the Hamam…there aren’t words to describe all the feelings. It was exotic, healing, relaxing, and borderline spiritual. I was all in, allowed my technician to direct and do what she is trained to do. No one was more ecstatic or surprised than I, when it ended with me wrapped in a blanket of bubbles and my hair washed. I’ve never felt so taken care of and pampered. My sister was my guest to celebrate her birthday; we have not stopped talking about it since we left. I cannot wait for my next visit.
