We got to talking and that’s where I screwed up because she cut my hair WAY shorter than I wanted and the shortest it has EVER been! I’m so sad because there’s nothing to be done other than waiting for it to grow back. She asked how short I wanted the shortest layer to be and I told her, but instead she cut all of my hair that length! Keep in mind my hair was just about to my waist and she cut it almost to shoulder length! I didn’t want to be mean because there’s nothing that can be done to fix it now that it’s cut, but wait for it to grow back. I’ve never gone to any other hair stylist than my own until I was impatient this time around, and it cost me my hair! Lesson Learned. At least my stylist made the color more pretty since there wasn’t really anything else she could do since the damage was already done.

I’ve been going to Marlene for about 10 years for haircuts, hairdos and when I want to get my hair dyed. She’s very good at understanding what exactly I am looking for. She’s very experienced with color technique. The products she recommends are always very fitting. Before seeing Marlene, my hair was extremely damaged, and frankly, ugly. I haven’t had split ends, hair fallout, frizz, or really any problem since seeing Marlene. I am grateful for all she has done for my hair. I also really recommend her manicures, they’re so relaxing!
