Since my wife and I moved from Chicago I’ve been looking for a shop that would remind me of the Windy City. I’m happy to say I found it. Wonderful experience, very accommodating, great service, great vibe. The beverage offers while you wait was a nice bonus. Jonathan was able to deliver the cut I was asking for and gave great customer service.

I brought 3 boys in with very different hair types/textures and all wanting very different hair cuts. The barbers here are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and did an absolutely amazing job!! It was also so nice to be able to schedule all 3 boys at one time with 3 different barbers and not have to sit at a barbershop for 4 hours! We will definitely be returning here! I think we have finally found our “spot”!

Stopped in after I heard about the best Barber in lake county. Now I know why people say it….. Got the Marky Fresh and never knew a haircut and beard cut should be and feel so amazing. Went above and beyond my expectations. The atmosphere is nothing like I’ve seen before and just plain awesome! Just got this bad boy and 4 people have already ask “who did that”! My dude Marky!

Although I hear good things, I couldn’t tell you how it is. I walked in not knowing you need to book an appointment and was turned away, so I did online and the soonest availability was over 2 weeks later. Then the week of my appointment I randomly got notice that it had been canceled after waiting over a week. Looking to find my go-to barber since moving to the area. This will not be it.

I’ve been coming here for some time now and have never been disappointed with my haircut. Josh M. does an amazing job. The staff are hilarious, outspoken, eclectic and incredibly skilled in their craft. And hell, who doesn’t want a beer with their haircut? Bookings can fill up fast so make sure to plan ahead. I usually book about a week in advance.

Everyone at Marky Fresh is talented but I’d like to give a shout out to Kat as I’ve had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by her a few times now. She knows exactly what you’re looking for without having to try and awkwardly explain it all and is super precise with the way she cuts. I know this because my hair not only looks perfect but feels perfect when I run my hands through it.
