Critical: QualityThe absolute worst “massage” of my life. It wasn’t even a massage- the first 40 minutes was the lady talking about connecting my breathing to my rib cage, how my body is a GPS, and was just lightly moving her hands over the blanket on different parts of my body. The last 20 minutes were her rubbing oil on my feet, hips, rib and torso area. There was so massage about it- no pressure, not working out knots, just extremely light “rubbing”. It was so bizarre and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I shouldn’t count down the minutes until this “experience” was over. I can’t even call it a massage. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI bought my fiance a gift card for mothers day. She said that her massage was great, however it was downhill from there. I paid for the top tier manicure,she was given the lowest tier for the top tier price. She wanted her hair dyed a specific color. What she recieved wasn’t even close. They had her come in a week later for a consultation to see if it could be fixed. She was told it can be fixed for an additional $190. The most expensive hair color on their website is only $130. So I already paid $75, they screwed it up, and want $190 to fix it.
