Mark & Ruth are amazing! I moved to the area from another state about 18 months ago and have tried at least 8 different places to get a cut. Every single one has been just bad, but Mark’s is great and did a fantastic job. I’ve had my cut from both Mark & Ruth and both were great to talk to, attentive and really listened. Don’t believe the ‘Walkins Welcome.’ Even if the sign in the window says that. Call first. And if you go in, interrupt them. Thought I was being nice since she was doing a complicated hair coloring and waited at the counter, to check in, and was ignored. Sat for another 5 and as I was leaving was ‘corrected’ because I didn’t check in.

This was my first trip to Mark’s barbershop. I did not have an appointment and Mark was able to fit me in immediately. Mark is extremely friendly person and takes the time to listen to the type of haircut that you need. In fact, he talked me out of my original haircut and gave me one that exceeded my expectations! The price was very reasonable! I am coming back for sure!
