The only reason i gave one star was so I could leave a review. Jen did a horrible job on my hair. She complained the whole time because it was “taking soo long” to do my hair. The ends of my hair looked like a hack job and she didn’t even cut my side bangs the right way. I ask for side swept and they ended up looking like I had cut them. I ask her to fix them but she claimed she didn’t understand what I was asking her to do. She then left me in the chair and started doing another client’s hair. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. So unprofessional. For the price I paid I should’ve left satisfied with my haircut, but ended up having to pay someone else to fix her mistakes.
