Critical: ProfessionalismI was obviously trying to be discreet about asking if they had anyone with experience with cutting or styling wigs, but the lady at the counter told another hairdresser across the room what I was looking for loud enough for everyone in the room to hear and stare at me. She also tried to explain that wigs were very expensive to me. I explained that I own 5 of them. I would think someone who does hair for a living would understand how sensitive this was. I was obviously trying to be discreet about asking if they had anyone with experience with cutting or styling wigs, but the lady at the counter told another hairdresser across the room what I was looking for loud enough for everyone in the room to hear and stare at me. She also tried to explain that wigs were very expensive to me. I explained that I own 5 of them. I would think someone who does hair for a living would understand how sensitive this was. Critical: Quality, ValueWent in as a walk-in appointment. I asked for a short angle bar with a little longer in the back side bangs and eyebrow wax. I got straight cut at the shoulders, no bang cut, and Two eyebrows that look like rectangles. Never again. My haircut is so hideous it’s disgusting. I can’t even get it into a ponytail it has so many lengths.

She toned and highlighted my hair…it turned out Beautiful! and my roots are hard to even see close up after 4 weeks !! I was told by my mother that she thought this was the best, natural hair color I have ever had done! Jordy did an Amazing job fixing my highlighted yellow/orange hair …wanted to tie into my natural color hair so that my roots wouldn’t show so drastically yet still have a beautiful color – not my original hair color -gray and mucky brown. She toned and highlighted my hair…it turned out Beautiful! and my roots are hard to even see close up after 4 weeks !! I was told by my mother that she thought this was the best, natural hair color I have ever had done!
