Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have had Mark do my hair since 2011. Mark created the perfect color and highlights so that the color was natural and the cut perfect. Great service, feels like home, great coffee and staff. I moved two years ago and I gave not found such a nice salon.

Horrible costumer service. I do not recommend going there when there are other salons available. I was greeted by Olphie who said she was from Columbia and was offended because I asked her if she spoke Spanish. She continued to stereotype me about speaking English and that his is America. When I asked about services she said this was not a salon for people like me only for retired and guys.

if I could give zero stars I would. The first interaction with staff was rude, negative, and condescending, borderline racist at times. You should never assume a customer could not pay for things or should not be a client there. I have gone to the top salons and never treated like this. If I were the owner/manager I would make swift changes to staff. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
