This was my first visit at this salon, my appointment was with Donna. I hadn’t had my hair cut in a long time and after she worked her magic I’ll definitely be returning. She checked in with me throughout the cut to make sure I was getting what I had in mind (I brought a picture). She gave me styling tips and recommended products without pushing for me to buy anything. I am very happy with how my hair turned out. Donna is great and the staff were all really friendly. You could hear the other stylists interacting with their clients truly making sure they were getting what they wanted. I highly recommend coming here!

Kelly was phenomenal! I had my hair colored at another salon and it just didn’t look right. I booked an appointment at Mark IV with the first available stylist and I hit the jackpot!! Kelly was patient while listening to what I wanted. She gave me options and we came up with a plan. For three hours she worked on my hair. The results are fabulous!! It’s been one day and the compliments I’m getting on my hair are over the top. I can’t say enough good things about Mark IV. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. I’m a customer for life!!

I found this place online and was thrilled about how quickly they were able to get me in. Carlene gave me the exact cut I asked for and suggested some coloring to help my greys pop a little.
