I am new to the area and did extensive research and chose this salon based on reviews. Big mistake. I have very delicate and fine blonde hair and went in to get a partial highlight. I was told that because my hair was so damaged she didn’t want to use foils. Instead she painted my hair all over and left it sit on there for more than 20 minutes. I left with yellow and white splotchy hair and sat in my car in tears after I left. Today I spent more than $150 at another salon trying to get someone else to do something with the disaster of a color I was left with. I was so angry I didn’t even want to go back because she was pleased with how it turned out. So disappointed.

She was so sweet and offered to fix my hair that another salon mega screwed up. I will definitely be returning soon after my hair grows a bit. She gave me some great tips on how to style what is left of my hair (not Ashley’s fault) and how to help keep it healthy. Ashley also make me feel pretty even though I am experiencing a hair nightmare.So in other words, go see Ashley Love if your a curly girly like me and need some tender love on those locks. BIG RAVE! I went to Ashley Love today at Mark Douglas Hairdressing. She was so sweet and offered to fix my hair that another salon mega screwed up. I will definitely be returning soon after my hair grows a bit. She gave me some great tips on how to style what is left of my hair (not Ashley’s fault) and how to help keep it healthy. I paid and tipped and gave feedback that the hair didn’t match, he passed me around the salon had multiple people do my hair while he worked in his private room with another client. I got a bad haircut at another salon…came into Mark Douglas and their services were absolutely incredible! My hairdresser took what I wanted and elevated it to the next level. My hair looked, smelled, and felt amazing. Also gave me some great recommendations on how to take care of my scalp. Stunning salon and extremely talented staff. Would highly recommend to everyone!:))
