Critical: QualityMy 14 year old Daughter went for a blowout and press and we washed her 4c hair 1 week later and it is BONE straight. My daughter called me and told me her hair had a funny smell and it burned when she was there. I live nearby so I came and back to the shop and she was being pressed out. There are no ringlets in her hair and it now has a crunchy texture. I do not trust that she simply got a wash and conditioner. I spoke with someone at the time of service and distinctly asked for them to be honest and do not slip any relaxer in her hair and she assured me of that. You can not tell me that it did not happen because she now has a totally different hair texture after 1 visit.
