Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueA little over a year ago I was in desperate need of some serious magic (for my hair) I went to a salon out in Cicero to get my hair done and the lady completely damaged my hair . I needed HELP ASAP!! I came across Maritza via Facebook (thru mutual friends) I added her and was amazed by her talent and her passion for hair. I quickly set up and appointment with her and BOOM she had me looking right she took good care of me and my damaged hair. I was so happy with my results that I booked a second appointment a week ago and I couldn’t be more happier! I don’t care how long I have to sit in a chair to get my hair done as long as it’s Maritza doing the job. Maritza is super professional so loving and caring! Her salon is so clean and neatly organized, it is definitely a woman’s cave ❤️. So worth the drive and definitely worth every penny! A little over a year ago I was in desperate need of some serious magic (for my hair) I went to a salon out in Cicero to get my hair done and the lady completely damaged my hair . I needed HELP ASAP!! I came across Maritza via Facebook (thru mutual friends) I added her and was amazed by her talent and her passion for hair. Martiza had a I don’t care attitude, you don’t have to be satisfied with my work because I have clients knocking down my door and can get more. I understand that stylist will always have fans, but that mentality is immature and unprofessional. Not good to continue business. I was so disappointed and upset with my experience with Martiza. Martiza had a I don’t care attitude, you don’t have to be satisfied with my work because I have clients knocking down my door and can get more. I understand that stylist will always have fans, but that mentality is immature and unprofessional. Not good to continue business. When I walked in I was surprised as to how clean and how good everything smelled! I was welcomed with big smiles and great aroma!
