Critical: QualityHorrible customer service!!! Three times when I went there I end up with my salt & pepper hair having a light hint of blue or green in my hair. After complaining they will wash hair again but it adds 90 minutes to my visit because I have to go back under the dryer. Horrible customer service!!! Three times when I went there I end up with my salt & pepper hair having a light hint of blue or green in my hair. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRuined the integrity of my hair!!! I was in tears for 2 days after I got my hair colored here.She cut half my hair off and fried what was left of it! She used cheap products in my hair and left them in after I told her ‘Prima’ several times that my scalp was burning. They are using Walmart products and charging professional prices! Went to A.C. for a work function. Took a chance with this place because I needed a person that knows how to deal with my curly/wavy hair. They did an EXCELLENT job on my hair. No, its not a fancy salon. Its a clean salon with real people and good hands. I danced & sweated ALL NIGHT LONG & my hair DID NOT FRIZZ. I got so many compliments. I hope they are still there for my next event because I will be back for sure. If you want a great blow dry with a nice conditioning treatment, this place will not disappoint.
