I went and got my hair flat iron and wash. I had to attempt she did a good job. Until I got home and started look at my hair and the owner who did my hair. Burned parts of my hair with the flat iron. Two weeks later I washed my hair and the part the she burned fell out and and now I have a chunk of hair missing. Trust me save your money and your hair!!! Never again
