Let me start by saying the first time I came here, it was a perfect experience. The massage therapists were wonderful and the environment was lovely. I recently bought a gift certificate and the receptionist struggled to get her computer to work, so she advised me to print them off the email. I bought two massages. The next time we came in was a total fiasco from the receptionists side. Her customer service skills are terrible and I feel she treated my fiance and I like we were absolute nuisances. She struggled to find us in the system but eventually the young, kind massage therapist fixed the issue. The massage was wonderful as usual. When we went to leave, the receptionist threw my receipt across the counter at me and told me “next time pay for your gift certificate over the phone instead of online”. I reminded her that I bought it in person and from her. She said “oh I was new to the computer system then”. I can’t believe the attitude of the receptionist here and believe she needs to be retrained on her customer service skills as well as the computer system. She definitely ruined our entire experience .

I came here in January, after I was given the massage appointment as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. I really loved my actual massage, it was very thorough. However, after asking what I did for work and finding out I was a vet technician, my massage therapist decided to spend the entirety of my appointment asking for training and medical advice for her two pugs (including the quality of their stool). While I understand wanting to chat and don’t mind talking, I didn’t come to the spa to do my job for free. And that’s exactly what I ended up doing. My boyfriend was very upset he spent over $100 on the experience 🙁 Pick your therapist carefully.
